Temporarily flexible Cancelation Policy  

• Free cancellation until 15 days before arrival.
  

• 75% of your total stay/booking is charged for all cancellations received between the period of 15- 0 days before your initial arrival date.

• 100% of your total stay/booking is charged for no show.

• Free cancellation anytime after booking if due to any legal reason (travel warning, entry ban etc.)

• Upon check-in, your credit card will be charged with a security/damage  deposit of one night’s stay fee  or you have the option to pay in cash Euro
  

• Rates are subject to changes.

• Reserves the right of admission.

• Minimum stay is 3 nights for chalet and villa.

• Covid-19 Standard Operating Procedure’s (SOP’s) – sanitiser, face masks, sterilising equipment.

• La Trouvaille disclaims responsibility for:

• Any act, omission, default, neglect themselves, their servants and agent or contractor, for injury damage or loss to persons or goods, accidents or other irregularities whatsoever and howsoever the same may be used.

• Any cancellation of itineraries, deviations, delays or the failure to provide accommodation or facilities for carrying or storing luggage.

• La Trouvaille reserves the right to amend or alter any of the policies and or rates included herein at its sole discretion.
